Official description of the call
Through the Mayor's Decree DEC/6350/2025 dated 11/20/2025, the specific bases and the call for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime are approved, aimed at promoting business revitalization and actions aimed at attracting and retaining talent for the year 2025. The Sant Cugat City Council, as a local administration, has within its powers the promotion, according to with the provisions of article 118 et seq. of Decree 179/1995, of June 13, which approves the Regulation of works, activities and services (ROAS). In this sense, articles 240 and 241 of Legislative Decree 2/2003, of April 28, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Municipal and Local Government Law of Catalonia, empower local entities to grant subsidies and aid of economic or other nature in favor of public or private entities with local powers. On 07/15/2024, by agreement adopted by the Plenary Session in the AJT/PLE/13/2024 session, the General Bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at promoting local commerce are approved. (exp. 18200/2024), published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona (BOPB) on April 30, 2025, CVE 202510085032. These General Terms and Conditions contain the essential features of their processing and the common documentation in all the calls they regulate. The concession procedure will be governed according to the specific bases that are incorporated into this file. The aid will be allocated to the budget application 2025 16111 43300 4800000 of the budget corresponding to the year 2025 and has a budget of €35,000.00. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the last publication of the agreement and will end 10 calendar days from the day following the last publication of the agreement.
