Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index): 1. Object and purpose. The purpose of the aid is to finance: a. Taxi service and occasional bus transportation for people registered in the municipalities that benefit from the aid. b. Reduction in the price of transportation tickets on regular road transportation lines for people with origin, stop or destination in the beneficiary municipalities, for people registered in these municipalities. c. Increase in the frequency of regular road passenger transport service between the main nucleus and secondary nuclei of the municipality. d. Operating expenses of the regular passenger transport service under direct municipal management. and. Public vehicle sharing service. These subsidies are intended for the municipalities that make up the communities of Rincón de Ademuz, Alto Turia and La Serranía (which includes the municipality of Casinos, belonging to the Camp del Túria region), related to the final annexes. These municipalities meet the following requirements: -Belong to one of the LEADER 2023-2027 Local Action Groups included in the Resolution of March 7, 2024 of the general director of Rural Development of the Generalitat. -Have less than 10,000 inhabitants, according to official population figures for 2024. These characteristics were those required in the BDNS call no. 840283 (modality A) for the beneficiary municipalities, a call from which these municipalities were excluded because their inclusion in another program with the same purpose was planned. Given the impossibility of carrying out the pilot test in a period of time similar in start and end dates to the execution period of the aforementioned call, these grants are called to ensure homogeneity of treatment to municipalities with similar characteristics throughout the province. Regulatory bases. This call is governed by what is provided for in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, the consolidated text of which is published on the Transparency Portal of the Provincial Council of Valencia https://www.dival.es/es/%252Fportal-de-transparencia. Budget credits to which the subsidy is allocated and maximum total amount. 706 414.00 462.00 of the Provincial Council's expenses budget for 2025 will be financed by the application, with a maximum estimated amount of 100,000 euros. Compatibility. This subsidy is compatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose from any other administration or public or private entity. The subsidy awarded in this call, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, may not exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. Amount. The amount of the subsidy may reach up to 100% of the eligible cost of the applications submitted. The amount will be determined by the distribution of the assigned budget among the requesting entities. A fixed amount of 2,000 euros is established per beneficiary municipality, plus an additional amount of 500 euros for municipalities at risk of depopulation. The remaining amount will be distributed using the formula provided in base 8 of the call. Granting procedure. This call is governed by the competitive bidding procedure and will be post-payable. Application submission deadline. 10 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. The request will be made through the City Council Folder, using the forms available on said electronic platform and the required complementary documentation.
