Subsidies for activities for children's leisure education, carried out by the “esplais” groups and leisure entities of Sabadell and aimed at children up to 16 years of age, academic year 2026-2027.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Federations, “esplais” groups and leisure entities with implementation in the city that promote the activities for which the subsidy is requested may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidy, and that meet the following requirements: a) Private non-profit nature of the entities. b) Register the entities where applicable in accordance with the regulations that apply. c) Registration in the Municipal Registry of Entities. If the entity is in the registration process, the application can be submitted stating this circumstance, but in no case can it be a beneficiary of the subsidy if it does not prove final registration before the resolution of the corresponding call. d) Minimum degree of stable structure or organization in the city. e) Civil liability insurance policy that must remain valid throughout the school year to which the call refers. Second. Purpose: The public purpose of the subsidy is to promote and support the values ​​of leisure education, which are considered an element that energizes and enriches the community and education in general, taking special consideration to those entities that are located in areas of social complexity, which will be prioritized. Third. Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Plenary Session of the Sabadell City Council on December 23, 2008 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona number 10 of January 12, 2009. Specific regulatory bases of the various types of subsidies granted by the Department of Education of the Sabadell City Council, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in a session on February 28, 2019. Decree number 4374/2019, of April 25, approved the consolidation into a single text of the regulatory bases with their modifications, which have been published in the BOPB dated May 16, 2019. Amount: The maximum amount of the subsidies provided for in this call is 50,110.00 euros, of which will be allocated: - A maximum amount of €44,385.00 to “esplais” groups and leisure entities that organize leisure activities on a continuous basis during the school year - A maximum amount of €3,725.00 to leisure entities that have recognition as federations of “esplais” groups. -- A maximum amount of €2,000.00 to entities in the event that they celebrate the 25th, 50th or 75th anniversary and successive ones. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be from April 7 to 30, 2026, both included. Sixth. Other information: For the processing of applications, it will be mandatory to provide the documentation detailed in article 6 of the specific bases mentioned above.
