CALL 2026 FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES FOR THE USE OF THE AUZOTAXI SERVICE IN AMOREBIETA-ETXANO

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries - Those people residing and registered outside the geographical area indicated in the plan of Annex I of the ordinance and who are over 18 years of age may apply for the subsidy. Minors, aged between 16 and 18, must have parental permission or the corresponding guardian to be able to register and are required to present signed permission and a photocopy of the ID of the person responsible. The spouses of people registered in the municipality and admitted to the Orue y Gure Etxea I and II residence and who do not have their own vehicle, may benefit from this service, upon presentation of the entry certificate. -Likewise, they must be up to date with municipal, fiscal and Social Security obligations at the time of the application and while the aid is received. -Those who fall into any of the assumptions thus established by article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, cannot be beneficiaries. -It will not be necessary to justify documentation in those extremes that already exist in the municipal archives. -Any modification that occurs during the grant granting period must be notified to the City Council. Second. Purpose The object of this call is access to financial aid charged to item 4412-48000 to subsidize the travel expenses of the residents of Amorebieta-Etxano who request it through the use of the Auzotaxi service. Third. Regulatory bases The Municipal Regulatory Ordinance for the granting of subsidies for the use of the Auzotaxi service in Amorebieta-Etxano, has been published in the B.O.B. No. 106, dated June 3, 2016. Fourth. Amount The maximum total amount allocated to the awarded subsidies will be €60,000 and the budget item to which it is allocated is 4412-48000. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications Applications must be submitted to the Town Hall, in the models designed for this purpose and which are available in the offices of the aforementioned organization on its website. The complementary documentation required in each call will be attached. The official form will be signed by the applicant. 2.The submission of applications to qualify for these subsidies entails the express and formal acceptance of what is established in these Bases. 3.The deadline for submitting applications will be until December 30, 2026. 4.The documentation that will accompany the application is the following: -The application completed and adjusted to the model that accompanies this call. -Photocopy of the document proving the personality of the applicant and, where applicable, the representation of the person acting on his or her behalf (if it has not been previously presented). -Declaration responsible for being up to date with municipal, tax and Social Security obligations. (In application form). -Responsible declaration stating that the applicant meets the requirements of this call. (In application form). -Responsible declaration stating that the applicant is not subject to any of the causes of prohibition listed in article 10 of the General Subsidies Ordinance. (In application form). -Other complementary documentation may be required. 5.If the applications submitted are not accompanied by the required documentation or if the information provided is not considered sufficient, the applicant will be required to send the corresponding documentation within 10 business days. If you do not send the required documentation within the period indicated above, your request will be considered withdrawn and the aid will be denied. 6.For the purpose of notifications, the City Council will use the address that appears in the application. It will be the responsibility of the applicant to expressly inform the City Council of any variation in data that may have occurred, especially with regard to the applicant's address. 7.With the acceptance of the application that will be notified to the interested party, the City Council will register the applicant in the Registry of Auzotaxi users, and they will be able to acquire the Auzotaxi card. This card is personal and non-transferable and must be presented, in any case, as proof to use the taxi service.
