Official description of the call
First. Provision that establishes the regulatory bases. The Meliana City Council has a General Ordinance on Corporation Subsidies published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia No. 48 of March 8, 2018. Second. Object MELIANA RECYCLE WINTER SALES VOUCHER 2025-2026 is a program to promote local businesses and services and to promote the separation at source of MSW, through which the Meliana City Council allocates €6,400 in DISCOUNT BONDS with which it is intended to benefit local commerce/services, making possible an increase in its activity, stimulating purchases by families residing in Meliana in establishments locals who wish to participate in the campaign voluntarily by having acquired recycling points, the result of the separation at source of MSW, which are converted into money to be used in local establishments. The Meliana Recycle Bonus WINTER SALES 2025-2026 campaign consists of people registered in Meliana over 18 years of age who download the RecySmart APP can obtain points by depositing light containers (yellow container) and glass (green container) in containers that are equipped with reading devices, so that: 1 container deposited correctly = 1 point 300 points = Meliana Recycle Bonus €25 Third. Beneficiaries Potential beneficiaries of this campaign will be natural persons registered in the municipality of Meliana over 18 years of age on December 1, 2025 who, having downloaded the management application, obtain recycling points in the period from the start of the campaign until January 6, 2026, both inclusive, and request it through the app. Room. Participating establishments and adherence to the campaign Interested companies may register from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP until February 8, 2026, through the web portal https://meliana.comercioscomunitatvalenciana.com/. The effects of your participation will only be applicable from your registration. The companies participating in the campaign will be considered collaborating entities, as they cooperate in the management of the subsidy, in accordance with the provisions of the first section of article 12 of LGS 38/2003, with the legal regime provided for in said legal standard for collaborating entities in the management of subsidies being applicable to them. Fifth. Amount of aid. There are no evaluation criteria for the applications since it is proposed to grant the aid through a direct award to people who meet the registration and age requirements and submit their application through the platform for having obtained 300 recycling points. The commercial vouchers will have a value of 25.00 euros, until the budget allocation of 6,400.00 euros is exhausted in the budget application 15.43100.48000 Commercial vouchers for the year 2025. A maximum of one voucher may be requested per person. Sixth. Deadlines. Adherence of businesses to the campaign: from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP until January 6, 2026. The reading period for light-glass containers: will be from the beginning of the campaign until January 6, 2026, both inclusive. Bonus application: From publication of the call until January 6, 2026 automatically. Exchange of vouchers in participating businesses: from January 7 to February 8, 2026, as of February 9, 2026, the vouchers will no longer be valid and individuals will not be able to recover their balance, leaving it in favor of the City Council. Last day to validate the trading of bonuses on the platform: February 8, 2026. Seventh. Economic activity of participating commercial establishments. Those establishments in accordance with base 4 of the specific bases may participate. Eighth. Financing. These individualized subsidies will be approved under budget application 15.43100.48000 Trade bonds for the year 2025 for an amount of €6,400.00.
