Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries may be natural persons, communities of property, entities under shared ownership as established in Law 35/2011, of October 4, civil companies without a commercial purpose and legal entities, which must carry out the activity that bases its granting, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions indicated in the regulatory regulations, and that they meet the requirements established for this purpose. Second. Object. This aid aims to modernize and/or improve agricultural holdings in general, facilitating restructuring in terms of dimension, size and/or productive orientation, promoting and giving continuity to the first installation for young people dedicated to agriculture, the maintenance of the productive fabric in rural areas, as well as facilitating collective investments in an associative regime. Third. Regulatory bases. They are included in the Resolution of March 5, 2025, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which approves the regulatory bases for aid intended for investment in agricultural holdings within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agrarian Policy (BOPA of March 21, 2025). Room. Amount. The subsidies will be granted from the General Budget of the Principality of Asturias for an amount of twelve million two hundred thousand euros (€12,200,000), which may be expanded depending on budget availability. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias and will end on February 13, 2026 Sixth.
