Second call for the granting of subsidies for the realization of the "Escola d´Estiu" 2025

Official description of the call
SECOND CALL for subsidies to carry out the “Escola d´Estiu” course 2025, in the municipality of Tavernes Blanques under a non-competitive competition regime. First.- Object and scope. The purpose of this aid is to ensure the completion of the Escola d'Estiu. Second.- Concession procedure. 1.- This program is governed by the non-competitive competition procedure through proration of the total amount of the subsidy, among the AMPAS that are beneficiaries of the aid and that have not been beneficiaries of the same in the first call of the 2025 financial year, in the amount that results from the application of article 4 of these Bases, under the protection of the provisions of article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and articles 65 et seq. of the Regulations that develop the aforementioned Law, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. The amount to be granted by AMPA will be determined by application of the Bases, through a proposal from the Department of Education, approved by Resolution of the Mayor's Office. Third.- Authorization of expenditure. In the Municipal Budget for the year 2025, there is a budget provision available in item 3260.48903 “ESCOLA D´ESTIU MATINERA AND OTHERS”, to cover this expense, increasing the maximum amount over the item to €2,200. Fourth.- Beneficiaries. The AMPA of the center that organizes, manages and pays for the service of these Schools, during the 2025 academic year and that was not a beneficiary of this aid in the first call, will be beneficiaries of the financial contributions. Fifth.- Requirements. According to article 3 of the Bases. Sixth.- Amount. The maximum subsidy amount will be €25 per student and if an integration monitor is hired, the cost will be subsidized by the City Council with a maximum limit on the item of €2,200. The minimum number of registrants for this aid to be granted is 20 infant participants and 20 primary participants and the maximum number is 40 in infant and 80 in primary. Consequently, the maximum spending limit on the item “ESCOLA D´ESTIU, MATINERA AND OTHERS” is €2,200 Seventh.- Requests. The application will be submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Tavernes Blanques City Council, in the manner established in article 7 of the Bases. Eighth.- Submission period The deadline to request aid begins on the day this call for applications is published on the Town Hall bulletin board and will end 5 business days after the publication of the call in the BOP, through the BDNS. Ninth.- Evaluation criteria According to article 6 of the Bases. Tenth.- Competent bodies for the investigation and resolution of the procedure. According to article 7 of the Bases. Eleventh.- Resolution and notification period. Maximum resolution period: 6 months. Maximum notification period: 10 business days. Twelfth.- Means of notification or publication. Notice board of the Tavernes Blanques City Council and municipal website. Thirteenth.- End of the administrative route. The resolution will put an end to the administrative procedure, and the pertinent legal remedies may be filed. SECOND.- Communicate to the National Subsidies Database the text of the call and the required information as well as an extract thereof, for publication in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the BDNS, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003 LGS. THIRD.- Report this Resolution to the Plenary Session of the City Council in the first ordinary session held, in accordance with the provisions of article 42 of Royal Decree 2568/1986, of November 28, which approves the Regulations for the organization, operation and legal regime of local entities.
