First. Call. Aid is being called, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at financing Line 4 of subsidies for the hiring of technical support and R&D&I management personnel by the agents of the Andalusian knowledge system, within the framework of the Order of October 24, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, within the framework of the Training, Recruitment, Incorporation and Mobility Program of R&D&I Human Resources of the Andalusian Research, Development and Innovation Strategy (EIDIA), Horizon 2027. The hiring to be carried out will be mainly intended to support the research groups, as well as the general and administrative research services of the beneficiary entities. Second. Purpose, number and duration of the aid. The purpose of the subsidies is to promote the hiring of technical support and R&D&I management personnel by non-university agents of the Andalusian Knowledge System, with the aim of improving the employability and training of hired personnel and, at the same time, reinforcing research activities linked to plans, lines, projects or research groups or services of a general nature or common use of the entity, of a scientific-technical or research management nature. In accordance with the provisions of article 45.3 of the regulatory bases order, the following maximum limits are established on the number of contracts that entities can request, according to the following classification: Of the entities provided for in section 1b) of the Second Resolution, foundations registered in the Electronic Registry of Agents may request up to a maximum of 25 contracts in their application; For the rest of the entities provided for in the Second Resolution: they may request up to a maximum of 7 contracts in their application. The hiring will be full-time and with exclusive dedication to the subsidized activity, with a duration of twenty-four months. Third. Requirements of the requesting entities and participating persons. The following public and private R&D&I entities, qualified as Agents of the Andalusian Knowledge System and registered in the Electronic Registry, regulated by Decree 223/2023, of September 12, which approves the Regulation regulating the classification, accreditation and registration of Agents of the Andalusian Knowledge System, may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Public research organizations. b) Research and innovation centres, institutes or foundations. Participants in this program must be in possession of a bachelor's degree, engineering, architecture or university degree; in the case of vocational training qualifications, be in possession of a technical or higher technical degree; be under 30 years old; be unemployed and registered as a job seeker and not have work experience. Room. Subsidy amounts. The module regime is established to compensate for labor costs, including salary costs and the employer contribution for all concepts to Social Security.
