First. Beneficiaries. Parents, guardians or anyone legally in charge of minors born in the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 may be beneficiaries of the aid established in these rules, provided that they have been enrolled during the first semester of 2025 in private centers authorized by the educational administration to teach the First Cycle of Early Childhood Education in the city of Zaragoza and that they are not supported in whole or in part with public funds at that level. educational and have a municipal activity and operating license. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the procedure for the granting by the Municipal Board of Education and Libraries of financial aid aimed at defraying the cost of the educational service of private Early Childhood Education Centers where the 1st Cycle of Third Early Childhood Education is taught. The aid will be governed by the provisions of these regulatory bases, by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter, LGS), Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law (TRLSA) and by the General Municipal Subsidies Ordinance (hereinafter, OMS) approved by agreement of the City Council. Aid to families with children in nursery schools not financed with public funds: family check. The procedure for granting these subsidies is on a competitive basis, as a result of their object and purpose which allows, once they have been evaluated and compared, to prioritize applications submitted and that meet the requirements established in accordance with the bases, by establishing evaluation criteria (base 17), granting those that, with the fixed limit of credit available in accordance with the budget, obtain a greater value in application of said criteria until the credit of the call is exhausted. Room. Amount. The amount of the call amounts to 1,300,000? which will be covered by the budget application OA-EDU 3201 48007, public aid for early childhood education activities. The individualized amount of aid granted for each minor enrolled in private early childhood education centers where the 1st cycle of Early Childhood Education is taught may be 700 euros, 1,000 euros or the amount that results as agreed in the fifth clause of the Fifth regulatory bases. Application deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be two months from the day following the publication of this call in the BOPZ.
