Official description of the call

First- Beneficiaries Natural persons who jointly meet the following requirements may submit an application and become beneficiaries: a)- Be registered in the municipality of Durango on the date of submission of the application. b)- Meet any of the following conditions: i) Be of legal age and have a degree of disability or dependency recognized by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia. ii) Be a mother, father or legal guardian of boys or girls under 18 years of age who have a recognized dependency or disability assessment. These accreditations may exceptionally be replaced by a medical report, while the assessment is being processed. iii) Have an age equal to or greater than 76 years. c)- That they are not involved in any of the assumptions regulated in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second.- Eligible object: Transfers made within the municipality. The trips will be made by the municipality's taxis participating in the program. Make the trips within the year 2026. The purchases of vouchers to make the trips described above are considered eligible expenses, for the purposes provided for in these bases. Third.- Regulatory bases This call is included in the Strategic Subsidies Plan 2025-2027 approved in plenary session by the Durango City Council on December 19, 2024. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting aid applications will be open from the day following the publication of the corresponding bases in the "Official Gazette of Bizkaia" and will be valid throughout the year 2026.
