In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the aforementioned call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. FIRST. – BENEFICIARY ENTITIES 1. Extremaduran communities abroad and their federations may be beneficiary entities of this aid, considering as such those associations that meet the requirements of Law 6/2009, of December 17, on the Statute of Extremadurans Abroad and are registered in the Official Registry of Extremaduran Communities Abroad, regulated by Decree 27/2011, of March 18, which regulates the Official Registry and the recognition of Extremadura Communities Abroad, and that, in addition, meet the following requirements: a) Meet the specific requirements determined in Decree 142/2025, of October 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid intended to finance operating expenses of Extremadura communities abroad and their federations (DOE no. 211, of March 3 November), in this call and that they are not subject to any of the circumstances that prevent them from obtaining the status of beneficiary entity included in sections 2 and 3 of article 12 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. b) Present a relationship with the annual forecast of operating expenses of the entity for a minimum amount of €500. c) Accompany a report that includes all the activities carried out in the year prior to the call for these grants in accordance with the model that appears in Annex III of this call. 2. The provisions of letter c of the previous section will not apply to those communities of Extremadurans abroad and to federations that have been legally constituted and registered in the Official Registry of Extremaduran Communities Abroad in the year corresponding to the call for this aid. SECOND. -OBJECT To approve the call for aid intended to finance the operating expenses of Extremaduran communities abroad and their federations for the year 2026. THIRD. - REGULATORY BASES The regulatory bases of this call are those contained in Decree 142/2025, of October 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid intended to finance the operating expenses of the Extremaduran communities abroad and their federations (DOE no. 211, of November 3). ROOM. -AMOUNT 1. The maximum amount of the subsidies called amounts to a total amount of ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND EUROS (€130,000.00), charged to the credits authorized in the budget application 02004253C48000, expenditure project 20160007 “Strengthening of the communities and federations of Extremaduran communities abroad” and with a source of financing CA from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2026. 2. This call is subject to the suspensive condition of existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the General budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the year 2026, FIFTH. - DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submission will be from the day following the publication of the call and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura and until September 30, 2026. SIXTH. - OTHER INFORMATION The payment of the subsidy will be made, after justification of at least 50% of the subsidized operating expenses, in a single payment, for the total amount of the aid granted and will be exempt from the provision of guarantees.
