First- Beneficiaries First category: Participants between 16 and 30 years old. Second category: From 30 years old. Bands or soloists that have among their members people who are over 30 years old or older on the day of the performance will participate in this category. Durango soloists and groups will have priority for selection in the event of a technical tie. In the event of the participation of a minor in any of the competing groups, the rights of the minor are subject to the provisions of Organic Law 1/1996, of January 15, on the Legal Protection of Minors and the Civil Code. Second.- Eligible object Feminist expression and creativity in music is rewarded. All types of musical composition that has women and/or their rights as a central axis. We look for songs that imagine and portray the equality of women and men; that celebrate diversities and gender identities; that highlight inequalities; that portray love from empowerment; that combat gender stereotypes; that feature empowered women; that they demand the prominence of women in History; that celebrate sisterhood, friendship and cooperation between women and that denounce violence against women. Third.- Regulatory bases This call is subject to the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2025-2027 of the Durango City Council. Fourth.- Amount of Prizes CATEGORY 1: under 30 years of age. · Prize for best solo song: €600. (net) · Prize for best group song: €600. (net) A public prize for the best song of €350 (net) A prize for the best song in Basque of €350. Budget item: 14.2316.48001 Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline will open ten days after the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia until February 13, 2026. Requests to take part and receive recordings and lyrics must be formulated in the model attached in Annex I, which will be available on the electronic headquarters of the Durango City Council and municipal website, section subsidies. The recordings will be provided through a YouTube link URL.
