Official description of the call
First. Object. The purpose of this call is to grant the direct subsidy in kind to the Cuenca City Council for the execution of the works of “Execution of new pavement on Bajada de las Angustias street, nº2 of the city of Cuenca” (2025), according to the bases approved by the Board of Directors of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca, dated November 3, 2025. Second. Beneficiaries. The beneficiary of this direct subsidy in kind will be the Cuenca City Council. Third. Credits. The budget intended to finance this call amounts to the maximum amount of the subsidy for a maximum amount of €73,482.04 (SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-TWO EUROS WITH FOUR CENTS VAT INCLUDED), charged to the Budget of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca, for the year 2025. Fourth. Regulatory bases Agreement dated November 3, 2025, of the Board of Directors of the Consortium of the City of Cuenca, which approves the regulatory bases of the direct subsidy in kind for the execution of the works of “Execution of new pavement on Bajada de las Angustias street, nº2 of the city of Cuenca”, in the year 2025. https://www.consorciodecuenca.gob.es/subvenciones-consorcio-de-la-ciudad-de-cuenca/subvencion-epecie-ayuntamiento-pavimento-angustias-2025 Fifth. Deadline for execution of activities. The deadline for the execution of the subsidized works will be borne by the Consortium, which, after completing the relevant prior procedures, will set the execution deadline in accordance with Law 97/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. Sixth. Place of submission of applications. The application will be submitted in the electronic registry of the Cuenca City Consortium. Seventh. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of this Extract of the call in the Official State Gazette.
