CALL FOR THE YEAR 2026 FOR SOCIAL EMERGENCY AID AND FOR SOCIAL INSERTION OF THE ARTEIXO CITY COUNCIL ARTICLE 1.-OBJECT This provision calls for social emergency aid and for social integration, aimed at alleviating a seriously deteriorated situation, one of urgent need or with serious specific problems that affect personal, social and economic autonomy, which cannot be resolved with own economic resources or means, in order to achieve their normal human and social development. Beneficiaries must meet the requirements established in the REGULATORY BASES OF THE PROCEDURE FOR GRANTING SOCIAL EMERGENCY AID (AES) published in BOP No. 8 of January 14, 2025. Taking into account the object and purpose of this aid, the granting procedure will be processed under a non-competitive competition regime, in accordance with that established in article 19.2 of the Law. 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies from Galicia. ARTICLE 2.- DEADLINE AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The submission period will be open throughout the year 2026. Applications will be submitted through the standardized form, accompanied by the mandatory documentation. ARTICLE 3.- CREDIT The total amount allocated to these subsidies is €135,000.00 and will be made effective from application 231.48903 of the 2026 municipal Budget, its granting being conditional on the existence of suitable and sufficient credit. ARTICLE 4.- REQUIREMENTS Be over 18 years old or be emancipated. Have a permit, residence and/or work authorization in this country. Have effective residence in this City Council during the twelve months prior to submitting the application. That the expenses for which assistance is requested are valued by the staff of the Department of Social Services, as essential for the prevention of marginalization. Have a Social Intervention, Inclusion or Family Education project in this City Council, as well as actively participate in its development. 4. Belong to a group in a situation of social vulnerability, gender violence or any other circumstance of risk or social vulnerability, assessed as such by the technical staff of the Department of Social Services. Proof of insufficient economic resources in the family unit to satisfy the need for which help is requested. ARTICLE 5.- INSTRUCTION OF THE PROCEDURE AND RESOLUTION The instruction of the procedure corresponds to the Department of Social Services of the Arteixo City Council. It is up to the Delegate Councilor for Equality, Social Services, Health and Education to grant or reject it. ARTICLE 6.- DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY TO APPLY FOR AID Application, according to the standard model of the Arteixo City Council. Original DNI, TIE of the applicant and the members of the family unit who possess it. In the case of foreigners, an asylum or refuge card or any other document that proves their identity and legal stay in the country. Original of the Family Book, or equivalent document. Documentation that proves the economic income and/or property resources of all members of the family or cohabitation unit. Updated job seeker card if applicable. Documents accrediting the situation of need. Any other documentation that is considered relevant to evaluate the situation of social vulnerability. ARTICLE 7.- CORRECTION AND REFORMULATION OF REQUESTS. When the request does not meet the requirements indicated in article 66 of Law 39/2015, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, or the required documentation is not accompanied, the interested person will be required to, within a period of 10 days, amend the lack or accompany the mandatory documents, with an indication that, if they do not do so, their request will be considered withdrawn, ending the procedure. The Bases that govern these aids do not provide for the possibility of reformulating applications, established in article 27 of the General Subsidies Law, without prejudice to the correction provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations.
