Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: a) Entities that have their own legal personality, are validly constituted and have tax residence or a permanent establishment in Spain and that develop R&D&I activities in Biomedicine or Health Sciences and Technologies, in accordance with one of the following types of centers: 1. Health research institutes accredited by ministerial order (IIS). 2. Public health entities and institutions with clinical care activity: hospitals, primary care centers, other health care centers other than the above with a health activity license issued by the competent authority. 3. Public health entities and institutions without a health activity license, but with R&D&I activity evidenced by raising resources in competitive public calls, and results (publications, transfer to the productive sector or clinical field) available to the scientific community in the area of knowledge of Public Health. 4. Private health entities and institutions, with a health activity license, linked or contracted to the SNS, that comply with the conditions set out in Law 14/1986, of April 25, General Health, Title III, article 67, which regulates the link to the public network of private sector hospitals. 5. The Public Research Organizations (OPI) included in article 47.2 of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation. 6. Public universities and private universities with demonstrated capacity and activity in R&D, in accordance with the provisions that remain in force of Organic Law 4/2007, of April 12, which modifies Organic Law 6/2001, of December 21, of Universities, and Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, of the University System. 7. State-level technological centers and state-level technological innovation support centers that are registered in the Registry of centers created by Royal Decree 2093/2008, of December 19, which regulates State-level Technological Centers and Technological Innovation Support Centers and creates the Registry of such Centers. 8. Other public R&D centers, research and dissemination of knowledge and research infrastructures, with their own legal personality, different from OPI, linked to or dependent on the General Administration of the State or the rest of the public Administrations and their organizations, whatever their legal form, provided that in their Statutes, in the regulations that regulate them, or in their corporate purpose, they have defined among their activities R&D&I in Biomedicine or Health Sciences and Technologies. 9. Public and private non-profit entities that carry out and/or manage R&D activities, generate scientific or technological knowledge or facilitate its application and transfer. 10. Public consortia with activity in R&D&I in Biomedicine or Health Sciences and Technologies. 11. Other units of the Health Administration, not included in the previous sections, whose powers include the aspects established in the priority areas of action of the Strategic Lines of Health Research 2024-2027. b) In the event that any of the centers listed in the previous section lack its own legal personality, the entity with its own legal personality that is entrusted with the management of its research activity will appear as the applicant and beneficiary. Second. Object. Call for the following actions: a) From the State Human Resources Program: PFIS Contracts: predoctoral training contracts in health research, I-PFIS Contracts for IIS-EMPRESA doctorates in health sciences and technologies, Rio Hortega Contracts, Sara Borrell Contracts, Miguel Servet Contracts, Juan Rodés Contracts, Contracts for the intensification of research activity in the National Health System, Aid for the mobility of health professionals and researchers of the SNS (M-BAE), Aid for the mobility of research personnel hired within the framework of the AES (M-AES), Management contracts in health research in the IIS and Contracts for bioinformatic technical R&D+I personnel in the IIS. b) From the State Program for Research and Experimental Development: R&D&I projects in health
