First: Beneficiaries. To obtain this benefit, aimed at covering situations of serious need, the following requirements must be met: Residing, and being continuously registered, at least 6 months prior to the date of application or start of the procedure for recognition of the benefit, both the holder and the rest of the members of the family or cohabitation unit, in a municipality in the province of Burgos with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants.
