Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 of the Wool Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx). First. Beneficiaries 1. University graduates or equivalent qualification, according to the European Higher Education Area, with a curricular configuration (academic record) in which a minimum of 75 credits are accredited in the subjects of history, archiving and/or document management. 2. Accreditation of mastery of the Galician language at an advanced level, by means of an official certificate or Celga 4. 3. Not having previously benefited from these same scholarships for a period equal to or greater than six (6) months, nor renouncing them without a cause of force majeure, in the opinion of the General Directorate responsible for culture, once the scholarship has been awarded. 4. Not have paid employment or enjoy any other benefit or assistance during the period of duration of those regulated by this order. 5. Not having been sanctioned for an infraction committed due to funds granted for the organization and description of files of Galician interest. Second. Purpose The bags will be used for training activities related to the technical processes carried out in the field of archives and their documentary collections. The scholarship recipients will be tutored by the technical staff of the receiving centers, without prejudice to the coordination and monitoring carried out by the Ministry responsible for culture. The exchanges regulated in this order will be granted on a competitive basis and under the principles of publicity, objectivity, competition, transparency, equality, non-discrimination, effectiveness and efficiency. Third. Regulatory bases Order that establishes the regulatory bases for training scholarships in the field of archives and calls for those corresponding to the 2026/2027 Program. Room. Amount For the granting of the bags, a total credit of €246,000.00 euros will be allocated with the following distribution by budget applications: - 13.03.432A.480.1: €228,000.00. - 13.03.432A.484.0: €18,000.00. Number of bags: 18. Maximum duration: 12 months. Gross monthly amount of each bag: €1,055.00. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood as extended to the first following business day and if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month.
