CONCEPTExtraordinary aid is benefits intended for individuals or families to resolve emergency situations and/or to obtain income that allows them to satisfy specific and essential needs that help avoid or alleviate situations of social marginalization. The amount of extraordinary aid will be allocated to the budget item “23110-48000 SSB Extraordinary Aid”, which may be expanded according to budget availability. CHAPTER I ECONOMIC BENEFITS1. Purpose of financial benefits to families With these benefits, the aim is to create instruments of economic support, complementary to the professional action in the Basic Social Service, for families neighboring the Egüés Valley, who, due to having proven economic and/or socio-health deficiencies, show serious difficulties in covering the basic needs of social integration. basic coverage of needs for those people or families who, due to different circumstances, are experiencing difficulties or problems of an economic, labor, health, social, cultural nature, etc. that define their situation of social exclusion.b) Support the integration of people or families belonging to minority and differentiated cultural groups.c) Facilitate the schooling and integration of minors belonging to families in situations of exclusion and/or in conflict.d) Guarantee the permanence in the home of people with difficulties in their capacity for self-reliance.e) Serve as an instrument of professional action and support in the social incorporation processes designed by the Base Social Service.12. Purpose and objectives Contribute from municipal social responsibility, with a specific instrument to address specific and specific situations of need through its complementary application to the rest of social benefits.3. Beneficiary conditions, requirements, obligations3.1. Conditions The maximum annual amount to be granted for this aid in general may not exceed the amount of 3.5 times the Guaranteed Income for a member for all eligible items. Exceptionally, this maximum amount may be exceeded when the aid is intended to prevent the loss of the habitual residence. The presentation of the following documents will be necessary to prove it: - Accreditation of the eviction procedure issued by the court. - Report from the Basic Social Service that certifies the need to receive the benefit to avoid an eviction. It will be the Governing Board that approves the granting of the benefit in view of the documents presented for this purpose. 3.2. Beneficiaries Individuals and/or family units in a situation of social exclusion or at risk of being so may benefit from this aid. Access to municipal economic benefits will not be determined exclusively by the economic scale. Technical criteria of prevention, opportunity, urgency or similar will prevail, established by the technical staff of the Base Social Service. Family units with registration and effective residence of at least 3 months in the Egüés Valley. The provisions established in the Municipal Subsidies Ordinance of the Egüés Valley City Council will be followed to comply with this requirement. Family unit is understood for the purposes of application: through the figure of foster care, they have or have had legal guardianship regulated, or even the first of affinity.
