Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS Primero identifier. Beneficiaries: These subsidies are aimed at private, legally constituted and non-profit entities that are registered in the Registry of Development Cooperation Agents of Castilla y León, that enjoy full legal capacity and to act, that have a permanent structure with a minimum age of 6 months, capable of guaranteeing the fulfillment of their purposes and implementation in the Community, and with permanent headquarters, other than the private domicile and open to the public, in the Community of Castilla y León. Second. Purpose: The subsidies are intended to finance development projects, microprojects and complementary microactions, aimed at improving the living conditions and sustainable development of the most vulnerable rights holders in impoverished countries, supporting the fulfillment of economic, social and cultural human rights, in the terms established in the IV Master Plan for Development Cooperation of Castilla y León 2023-2026. All interventions must be physically executed by one or more local partners. Third. Regulatory bases: Order PRE/735/2023, of May 30, approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for interventions in the form of economic cooperation under non-reimbursable conditions in developing countries: development projects, microprojects and complementary micro-actions abroad (published in the Official Gazette of Castila y León No. 108, of June 7). Room. Amount: The amount of the subsidy awarded may not exceed 80% of the total budget of the intervention in the development projects, and in no case may it exceed the amount of €300,000. In the case of microprojects and complementary microactions, the subsidies granted may not exceed 85% and 90%, respectively, of the total budget of the intervention, nor exceed the amount of €63,750 and €45,000, respectively. The amount assigned to each of the development projects, microprojects and complementary microactions will respond to the interrelation between the amount requested, the score obtained in the assessment and the percentages that are determined for each range of points in the call. Exceptionally, if budget availability in 2026 allows it, the credit corresponding to this call may be extended by an additional amount not exceeding 50% of the credits initially called, whose application to the granting of subsidies will not require a new call, extension, or opening of the deadline for the submission of applications, in accordance with article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Twenty business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call order in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León".
