Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The purpose of the 2026 call is to grant scholarships for disabilities and victims of gender violence and aid for transport, maintenance, accommodation and maintenance and aid for conciliation, to which unemployed workers who participate in training actions and, where appropriate, non-work professional practices that form part of them, are entitled, which are carried out within the framework of the public training offer of the Extremadura Public Employment Service aimed primarily at employed workers. which is referred to in the third section of the call. Second. Regulatory bases. The call is governed by the regulatory bases contained in the first section, “common provisions”, and the third section, “scholarships and aid for students”, of chapter IV relating to complementary training aid, of the Order of September 23, 2020, which regulates Vocational Training for employment aimed at people employed in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and establishes the regulatory bases for the subsidies intended for its financing (DOE). Unemployed workers who participate in training actions included in the training programs aimed primarily at employed workers and, where appropriate, non-work professional practices, who meet the specific requirements to access the scholarship and/or each of the types of aid, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the scholarships and aid that are the subject of the call. For the purposes of the above, and in accordance with the provisions of article 57.3 of the Order of September 23, 2020, consideration as an unemployed or non-unemployed worker will be determined by the employment situation of the applicant on the day of the start of the training action or non-work professional practices or, where applicable, the day of incorporation, if this is after the start of the training action. Once the training action or non-work professional practices have begun or, where applicable, the incorporation of the participating person has occurred, the receipt of the scholarship and/or aid will be interrupted for the time in which the student does not maintain the status of unemployed person. 2. Interested parties who meet any of the circumstances established in article 12.2 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in the call. Room. Total amount of call. 1. The total amount initially planned for the period of validity of the call amounts to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€200,000.00), charged to the authorized credits of the budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the financial year 2026 and source of financing of State transfers, with the following budget breakdown: a) The scholarships and aid to which unemployed workers who are eligible are entitled. participate in training actions and, where appropriate, professional practices, leading to professional certificates, will be financed from the credits authorized in the budget application 140130000 G/242B/48000 TE24008001, in project 20210478 "scholarships and aid for students who participate in training actions linked to obtaining professional certificates", in the amount of ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE THOUSAND EUROS (€150,000.00). b) The scholarships and aid to which unemployed workers who participate in training actions and, where appropriate, professional practices, which do not lead to professional certificates, are entitled, will be financed from the credits authorized in the budget application 140130000 G/242B/48000 TE24001002, in project 20020502 “student scholarships and aid corresponding to training actions”, for the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€50,000.00).
