Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By resolution of the mayor's office of December 26, 2025, the aforementioned call has been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of this call is to establish the bases that regulate the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, with the purpose of financing projects that aim to promote social inclusion and support in different areas of daily life for people with functional diversity. during the year 2025 SECOND. REGULATORY BASES This call arises from the regulatory bases published in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP) No. 230, dated December 1, 2025, under the title: “Definitive approval of the regulatory bases for the subsidy for actions aimed at the care of people with functional diversity in the municipality.” THIRD. LINES OF ACTION This subsidy aims to support people with functional diversity and their families, by promoting an inclusive society that guarantees the full exercise of their rights, through actions that promote social and labor inclusion, as well as equal treatment and non-discrimination. This subsidy is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2025 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within Strategic line number 1 “Social Cohesion”. This line is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the 2030 Agenda: • SDG Goal 10 - Reduction of inequalities. • Goal 10.2 - Promotion of social, economic and political inclusion FOURTH. AMOUNT AND BUDGET ITEM The maximum amount allocated for this call for subsidies will be €10,000, attributable to budget item 2310.489.21 of the municipal budget for Fiscal Year 2025. FIFTH. REQUIREMENTS Non-profit entities, with their own legal personality and legally constituted prior to the date of approval of the corresponding call, that can develop or carry out programs, activities in the field of social inclusion and support in different areas of daily life for people with functional diversity may apply for and be beneficiaries of the subsidy regulated in these Bases, provided that they meet the following requirements: • Be domiciled in Azuqueca de Henares and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. • The activity to be subsidized must have as final recipients the residents of Azuqueca de Henares and be developed within the municipal area. • Be up to date, if you have previously received subsidies from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, in compliance with the obligations contracted by such concession, as well as in the reimbursement of subsidies, if applicable. • Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. • Be up to date with the payment of tax obligations, or any other type, with the Azuqueca de Henares City Council. • Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, as provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. SIXTH. DEADLINE AND FORM OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS Applications and the rest of the documentation must be submitted within 2 CALENDAR DAYS counting from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara.
