Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 20.8 a) and 23.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es), and in this DOE. FIRST.- BENEFICIARIES 1. They will be able to access the scheme of these aids. private legal persons that meet the following requirements: - Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding regional or national Official Registry prior to the date of publication of this call. - Not for profit. - Be up to date with tax obligations with the State Treasury, with Social Security and not have debts with the Autonomous Treasury. - Not be subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary established in article 12.2 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. 2.- Those private legal entities may not be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this call: a) Whose project is integrated into other programs promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports b) Whose project is not developed exclusively in municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. c) Whose programs include: · Teaching activities, provided for in the current study plans, as well as end-of-year trips or other extracurricular activities of a similar nature. · Those that contain precepts that violate any current regulations. SECOND.-OBJECT 1. These aids are intended to finance the implementation of projects that promote activities or actions that contribute to generating content of cultural interest in the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura by private, non-profit legal entities, for cultural purposes, that develop activities in the territorial area of Extremadura and that contribute to the participation of Extremadurans in the cultural life of their territory. 2. The purpose of this aid is to energize, promote, analyze, develop and manage cultural actions in their area of responsibility; definitively promote the cultural associative sector and the Extremaduran cultural community; offer tools that promote the ability to generate employment by promoting training, professionalization and structuring of the cultural sector; stimulate the participation of the private sector in the financing of cultural projects, as well as strengthen awareness of the Extremaduran identity through research, dissemination and knowledge of the cultural values of the Extremaduran people, and the promotion and encouragement of culture in all its manifestations and expressions. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES The call for these aids will be governed by the provisions of Decree 168/2024 of December 26 (DOE, no. 10 January 16, 2025) which establishes the regulatory bases for granting aid to private legal-non-profit persons, for cultural purposes, for the implementation of cultural activity projects in municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first call is approved, in Law 6/2011, of March 23, the basic provisions contained in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, also being applicable. and in its implementing regulations, as well as in Law 5/2007, of April 19, General of Public Finance of Extremadura. FOURTH.- AMOUNT The maximum amount of aid will not exceed 12,000 euros per project and beneficiary (VAT excluded) and for its financing the maximum amount of four hundred and fifty thousand euros (450,000.00 euros) will be allocated, charged to the budget application 150020000 G/273A/48000/20150249/CAG0000001, of the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for 2026. FIFTH.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submission of applications will be twenty business days counted from the day following the publication of this call and the extract thereof in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es), in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8 a) of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Pre-requested applications will not be admitted for processing, without the possibility of correction and will be filed.
