Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. 1. Farmers who own, either under ownership, usufruct or lease, basic income support rights in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1045/2022, of December 27, on basic income support rights for the sustainability of the Common Agricultural Policy, will have the right to receive basic income support for sustainability. 2. In addition, they must meet the following requirements: a) Be active farmers and have submitted the single application in 2026, which will include the basic income support rights for which the holder wants to receive payment. b) Justify each aid right with one eligible hectare located in the national territory, which can only be activated in the region to which it belongs. For these purposes, Annexes I and II of Royal Decree 1045/2022, of December 27, detail the list of municipalities with their affiliation to the corresponding agricultural region and region. Those farmers who are entitled to a payment under the basic income aid for sustainability regulated by Royal Decree 1045/2022, of December 27, will be entitled to receive redistributive income aid. Those farmers who are entitled to a payment under the basic income support for sustainability regulated by Royal Decree 1045/2022, of December 27 and meet the requirements at the end of the single application modification deadline will be entitled to receive the payment to young farmers according to the definitions of article 3, sections 21 and 22 of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27. Aid will be granted to owners of livestock farms that carry out extensive grazing on their eligible hectares of permanent pastures or temporary pastures located in the humid pasture region. Aid will be granted to owners of livestock farms that carry out the practices of establishing biodiversity islands or sustainable mowing on their eligible hectares of permanent pastures or temporary pastures located in the humid pasture region. Annual aid per hectare will be granted to active farmers who meet the common requirements established in article 23 of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, and who request it. Aid will be granted to active farmers who receive basic income support for sustainability, who on their eligible hectares of cropland and permanent crops establish the following percentages of biodiversity spaces: On dry farmland 7% On irrigated cropland 4% On permanent crops 4% The owners of farms registered in REGA as "Production Reproduction" type or "Pasture" type farms. In the first case, at the sub-exploitation level they must be classified as bovine farms with a zootechnical classification of "reproduction for meat production" or "reproduction for mixed production" or "heifer breeding" and maintain suckler cows registered in the individual animal identification register (RIIA), as established in Royal Decree 728/2007, of June 13. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of article 3.3 of Royal Decree 1053/2022, of December 27, these farms must be classified as extensive, or semi-extensive if they have declarations of deliveries or direct sales of milk, at the end of the period for modifying the single application. Owners of farms registered with REGA as "Production Reproduction" or "Pasture" type farms may be beneficiaries of the associated aid for fattening calves on the birth farm. In the first case, at the sub-exploitation level they must be classified as bovine farms with a zootechnical classification of "reproduction for meat production" or "reproduction for mixed production" or "heifer breeding" and maintain suckler cows registered in the individual animal identification register (RIIA), as established in Royal Decree 728/2007, of June 13.
