Official description of the call

Regulatory bases: this call is governed by the specific regulatory bases that have been published in the B.O.P. From Santa Cruz de Tenerife no. 134 of November 6, 2024. Budget credit: the granting of these subsidies will be made from the budget of the 2025 annuity and under budget applications 42200/4890000 of the General budgets of the Corporation for the year 2025, the total amount of which amounts to €100,000.00. The credits assigned to the call may be increased by the amount of €50,000.00.-€ in the terms provided for in article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, prior to a favorable report from the General Intervention and processing of the appropriate expenditure file, before resolve the granting of the subsidy without this implying opening a new application submission period. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of credit availability and, where appropriate, prior approval of the appropriate budget modification, at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidy. Maximum amount: the amount of subsidies to be granted will in no case exceed 60% of the investment made, and no beneficiary will be able to obtain a higher subsidy: Modality 1: €6,000 per installation. Modality 2: €14,000 per installation. Modality 3: €8,000 per installation This amount will be distributed in the following modalities: a) Modality 1: Electrification using renewable energies without storage. b) Modality 2: Electrification through renewable energies with storage. c) Modality 3: Incorporation of storage in existing self-consumption facilities up to a maximum of 20 kWh. The criteria to determine the amount to be subsidized will be the following: a) Modality 1: €1 per W installed. b) Modality 2: €1 per W installed and €0.4 per Wh installed. c) Modality 3: €0.4 per Wh installed. Object and purpose: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of financial aid, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at contributing to the efficiency of the island energy system, reducing emissions of CO2 and other pollutants, achieving greater energy autonomy and finally, promoting energy self-consumption through the installation of photovoltaic solar energy. The following facilities will be subject to financial aid: - Production of electrical energy through photovoltaic panels for self-consumption in buildings that, with connection to the electrical distribution network, wish to reduce consumption and contribute to energy savings on the Island of La Gomera (the expansion of existing facilities is included in this point). - Production of electrical energy through photovoltaic installation in buildings isolated from the electrical grid on the Island of La Gomera (including expansion of existing ones). Repair actions are not considered eligible, nor are simple replacement investments that do not involve a reduction in energy consumption. Beneficiaries and requirements: Legal entities that intend to carry out the actions included in the purpose of these bases and meet the requirements demanded therein, whose buildings in which the eligible facilities are proposed are located on the island of La Gomera, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these Bases. In no case will more than one request per applicant and building be processed. Buildings subject to urban planning discipline files are excluded. Applicants who have received aid or subsidies for the same purpose from the Cabildo Insular de La Gomera or those who fall under the circumstances established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies or those indicated in the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Cabildo Insular de La Gomera (BOP of Santa Cruz de Tenerife) will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries.
