Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio). First. Beneficiaries The following may be eligible for recognition of the aid: Natural persons who are owners or usufructuaries of a property or property on which they intend to carry out any of the eligible actions. The applicant must be the owner or usufructuary of the land, property or asset on which the actions are intended to be carried out and must prove its availability, at least, during the period in which the obligations assumed by the beneficiary are maintained. Second. Purpose Subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, for the execution of actions to correct landscape impacts, in accordance with the landscape values ​​included in the Catalog of the Landscapes of Galicia; specifically, those related in the second ordinal of the resolution. Eligible expenses are those indicated in its fourth ordinal. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases are those contained in the Resolution of October 30, 2025, which covers both the regulatory bases and the call for 2026. Fourth. Amount Credit is allocated for a total amount of two million euros (€2,000,000), financed with the Autonomous Community's own funds. The maximum amount will be 70% of the eligible investment budget (budget accepted by the Institute of Territorial Studies taking into account the market value), with the maximum limit of €3,000.00 per applicant per property. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one (1) month and will begin 7 business days from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of Galicia. Applications may be submitted from 12:00 noon on the initial day of the deadline. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day on which the submission of applications begins. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day and, if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to that of publication, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month. Sixth. Other information Without prejudice to the other requirements established in the resolution, only one application may be submitted per applicant and property. Each request may contain several actions. Applications must be submitted electronically through the standardized form available at the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia, https://sede.xunta.gal, which will be accompanied by the documents specified in the eighth paragraph of the resolution. For the purposes of granting aid, the chronological order of entry of applications, validly submitted, into the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia will be taken into account until the budget of the call is exhausted. A valid submission date is considered to be the date on which the file is submitted complete and includes the application, correctly covered, and all the complementary documentation required in the call resolution. Likewise, the budget will be considered exhausted when the last aid request that totals the total amount of the credit for this call is registered. In this case, and always before the maximum date indicated in this section, applications may continue to be registered on the provisional reserve list, which will be attended to in strict order of entry, subject to rejections or revocations of previous aid applications. The exhaustion of the credit will entail the inadmissibility of all those applications that are processed subsequently, as well as all those files that do not have entry into the electronic headquarters of the Xunta Galicia through the MT402A procedure will be inadmissible. Under no circumstances will applications submitted after the deadline and in a manner other than that established in the call resolution be admitted for processing.
