Second. Purpose The purpose of the aid will be: The first acquisition of a fishing vessel. Third. Amount For the year 2026, the aid will be granted under the following budgetary application that appears in the draft expenditure budget of the Department of the Sea for the year 2026, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies granted in said budgetary year is as follows: Budgetary application: 16.02.723A.780.0. Amount: €100,000 for the acquisition of a fishing vessel. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications One month from the day following the publication of the order. The last day of the deadline for submitting applications will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of its publication. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the next business day, and if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the period expires on the last day of the month.
