BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx) First. Beneficiary entities 1. Local entities, associations of livestock farmers, including herd book managers, associations of business people and other non-profit entities that organize select livestock competitions and that meet the following requirements may benefit from the aid described in this order: a) Not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of subsidies and in no kind of disqualification from obtaining aid provided for in numbers 2 and 3 of article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies of Galicia. b) Not have any other debt pending payment with the public administration of the Autonomous Community, as established in article 10 of Law 9/2007, on Galician subsidies, and in article 11 of the Regulation of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, approved by Decree 11/2009, of January 8. c) Have suitable facilities adapted to the type of event, which guarantee optimal health and animal welfare conditions. d) Have technical means and personnel to hold this type of events. e) Have internal regulations that establish the minimum conditions of presentation, animal welfare, health and genetic quality that must be met by the animals participating in each type of competition according to the aptitude of the animals. f) Have prior authorization from the Official Veterinary Services to hold the event. g) Have the collaboration of the corresponding officially recognized livestock breeders' association for the management of the Stud Book or the performance of performance control, at least in relation to the accreditation that the animals participating in the events are registered in the corresponding studbooks. h) The animals participating in each contest must come from at least 5 different farms belonging to at least 5 different owners. i) Furthermore, in the case of local entities, they must comply with the provisions of article 4.1 of Decree 193/2011, of October 6, which regulates specialties in subsidies to Galician local entities. 2. To be able to participate in the competitions, the animals: a) They will come from Galician farms that are health-qualified, and will meet the minimum health requirements established in the internal regulations. b) They must remain on Galician farms for at least 12 months prior to participating in the event, except in the case of animals kept there since birth. c) They will be registered in the Herd Books of the corresponding breeds. 3. The beneficiary entities must state in the advertising and promotion of the event that these are actions held in collaboration with the Xunta de Galicia, including the corporate identity symbols. Second. Object 1. The purpose of this order is to establish, under a non-competitive competition regime, the regulatory bases for aid for holding select cattle competitions in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, and to proceed with the call for applications for the year 2026 (procedure code MR562A). 2. The procedure for granting the aid included in this order, exceptionally, will not require the comparison or priority of the applications submitted, but rather all applications will be processed as the requesting entities present them, until the budgetary credit is exhausted, and in compliance with article 19.2 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies. 3. The regulatory bases will be published in the Official Gazette of Galicia. Third.
