Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and in article 16. q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database, (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es), and in this DOE. First. Object. Aid to finance, through producer groups, technical advice in the phytosanitary field to owners of small and medium-sized agricultural farms located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, directly and through the maintenance of phytosanitary alert and surveillance networks in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, as well as the carrying out of innovative work in the field of plant health that affects the environmental improvement of farms. Second. Beneficiaries. Aid may be requested by groups of agricultural producers officially recognized under Decree 69/2016, of May 31, which regulates the Technical Groups of Plant Health (ATESVE) in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (DOE no. 107, of June 6, 2016), or regulatory provision that replaces it, and that are active, in accordance with said regulations, on the date of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. Additionally, the advice must relate to one of the crops included in Annex I of the regulatory bases. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of October 17, 2023 establishing the regulatory bases for granting subsidies for the provision of technical advice to the agricultural sector on plant protection in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, published in DOE No. 204, of October 24, 2023. Corrections to errors published in DOE No. 215, of November 9, 2023, and in the DOE No. 233, dated December 5, 2023. Fourth. Total amount of the call. One million five hundred and fifty thousand euros (€1,550,000.00), financed entirely by the Autonomous Community of Extremadura under budget application 120020000 G/312A/47000 CAG0000001, project 20060048, annual period 2026. The call is subject to the condition precedent of existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the Budgets for fiscal year 2026. Fifth. Individual subsidy amount. The maximum eligible limit per group of agricultural producers providing the advice referred to in article 3, sections 1 and 2 of the Order of October 17, is set at the amount of 3,199.20 euros per month, in accordance with the minimum contribution bases to the General Social Security Regime established in Order PJC/178/2025, of February 25, which develops the legal rules of Social Security contributions, unemployment, protection for cessation of activity, Salary Guarantee Fund and vocational training for the year 2025. In exceptional cases of proration, the monthly amount of aid for each advisory group, in the terms established in article 3 of the Order of October 17, 2023, will not be less than 1,199.70 euros. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline to complete and present the applications will be twenty business days, counted from the day following the publication of the call resolution and the extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura.
