Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, dated November 17, general of subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx: Primeiro. Beneficiary entities As Galician startups or as a work center in Galicia. Startups will be considered, in accordance with the definition contained in article 3 of Law 28/2022, of December 21, for the promotion of the ecosystem of emerging companies, all legal persons, including technology-based companies created under the protection of Law 14/2011, of June 1, of science, technology and innovation, that simultaneously meets the following conditions: a) Be a new creation or, not being a new creation, when no more than five years have elapsed since the date of registration of the public deed of incorporation, a Mercantile Registry or a competent Cooperative Registry, with a general character, or in seven cases in the case of biotechnology, energy, industrial and other strategic sectors companies or that develop their own technology, designed entirely in Spain, which will be determined through the order to which there is reference or article 4.1. b) Do not carry out a merger, spin-off or transformation operation of companies that are not considered emerging companies. The terms concentration or segregation are considered included in the previous operations. c) Do not distribute or distribute dividends, or returns in the case of cooperatives. d) Not listed on a regulated market. e) Ter a sua registered office, registered office or permanent establishment in Spain. f) Ter or 60?% of personnel with an employment contract in Spain. In cooperatives, the working partners and working partners with a gender relationship of corporate nature will be counted within the staff, for the sole purposes of the aforementioned percentage. g) Develop an innovative entrepreneurship project that contains a scalable, second or planned business model in article 4. When a company belongs to a group of companies defined in article 42 of the Commercial Code, or group or each of the companies that make up it must meet the above requirements. To access these grants, startups must also comply, at least, with the following conditions at the time of requesting assistance: - Obtain the Enisa certification provided for in Law 28/2022. - Accredit the qualification of the Xunta de Galicia's Technologically Based Employment Initiative (EIBT). - Participated in any acceleration process in initiatives with public participation of the Xunta de Galicia in its development (Viagalicia, BFAuto, BFAero, BFFood, BFClimatech, Turislab, Galicia Avanza). - Accredit, by means of a certificate issued by the origin center, or spin-off character of the universities, two FP centers or technological centers. - Be registered in the Registry of Innovative Pemes of the Ministry of Science and Innovation. - It provides EA 0047:2015 or EA 0043:2015 certification for innovative companies or innovative companies, respectively. - Provides the EIBT brand as an innovative technology-based company awarded by the National Association of European Business and Innovation Centers (ANCES). Second. Objective These aids are granted under a non-competitive competition regime and have the objective of promoting the activities of Galician startups or a work center in Galicia by subsidizing the expenses and investments in which they are incurred from January 1, 2026 to the date of the aid application.
