Official description of the call
1.- Purpose This call is regulated by the regulatory bases for the granting of social benefits of an economic nature and the provision of services for the support and development of children and adolescents approved by the Local Government Board on November 29, 2021 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on December 7, 2021. 2.- Requirements of the beneficiaries and how to accredit them 2.1. Requirements of applicants Any person and/or family who is in a situation of socio-economic difficulty and for whom the established aid is necessary to contain or prevent the worsening of the situation and who meet the following requirements may be applicants for aid: a) Be over 18 years of age or be legally emancipated and be the father/mother/legal guardian of the beneficiary b) Have exhausted the possibilities of: - Obtaining help from other administrations. - Help from extended family. - Pay the debt in partial amounts. c) Accept the conditions of access to the aid program. Request it in writing or electronically with the corresponding standardized application and provide the documentation and/or information necessary to assess the individual and family socioeconomic situation. d) If an agreed work plan has been established between the beneficiary or a member of the family unit and the referring professional, failure to comply with this plan will result in the suspension of aid and/or services for one year. e) Acceptance of the obligations of point 14 of the bases. f) Participation in this call implies authorizing the city council to share the personal data of all the people included in the application, with other administrations and/or entities, whenever it implies a benefit for these people. 2.2.
