BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio Primero. Purpose and system for granting aid 1. This resolution aims to call for subsidies from the substandard housing program for the 2026 year, aimed at providing support to Galician town councils with less than 10,000 inhabitants for the rehabilitation of housing (procedure code VI406A). 2. The granting of the subsidies included in this resolution will be processed through the non-competitive competition procedure, until the available credit provided for in the corresponding call is exhausted, in accordance with the provisions of article 19.2 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies of Galicia. Second. Regulatory bases 1. The subsidies of this program will be governed by the regulatory bases contained in the Resolution of December 30, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases applicable to the granting of subsidies from the substandard housing Program and proceeds with its call for the year 2025 (procedure code VI406A), published in the Official Gazette of Galicia (hereinafter, DOG), of January 17, 2025. 2. In everything not included in the regulatory bases and in this resolution, the provisions of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, in its regulations approved by Decree 11/2009, of January 8, in Decree 193/2011, of October 6, which regulates the specialties in subsidies to Galician local entities and in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of Public Administrations. Third. Beneficiary town councils 1. The town councils of Galicia that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: a) Have less than 10,000 inhabitants. For these purposes, the latest official figures from the municipal registry of inhabitants, published by the Galician Institute of Statistics on the date of publication of the corresponding call, will be taken as a reference. b) Have complied with the obligation to send to the Galician Accounts Council the general accounts for the year immediately preceding the year of the call, in which the deadline for submission was expired. 2. Those town councils that are in any of the cases provided for in article 10.2 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, may not be beneficiaries of this aid. Room. Budget credit 1. The subsidies provided for in this call will be made effective from the budget application 11.81.451A.760.0 of the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, for an amount of 370,000.00 euros for the year 2026. 2. In accordance with the provisions of the Order of February 11, 1998, which regulates the advance processing of expense files, the granting of these subsidies is subject to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit to finance the obligations derived from their granting. 3. The amount established in this call may be increased by resolution issued by the head of the General Directorate of the Galician Institute of Housing and Land (hereinafter, IGVS), which will take effect after its publication in the DOG, in accordance with the provisions of article 30 of Decree 11/2009, of January 8. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications 1. The deadline for submitting applications will begin to run once five business days have elapsed from the day following the publication of this resolution in the DOG. In the event that the first day of the period is a non-business day, the period will begin on the first following business day. 2. The deadline for submitting applications will end on July 3, 2026 and, in any case, at the time of exhaustion of the budgetary credit provided for in this call. Said exhaustion will be published in the DOG through a resolution issued by the person in charge of the General Directorate of the IGVS.
