REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR MUNICIPAL FINANCIAL AID TO ADDRESS SITUATIONS OF SOCIAL NEED FOR THE YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

1st.- Beneficiaries and recipients. 1. Natural persons, for themselves or for their cohabitation unit, residing in the municipality of Molina de Segura, who meet the requirements established in the aforementioned ordinance for its granting, as well as transients whose state of need is recognized at the time of the application, may be beneficiaries of the municipal financial aid regulated in the “Ordinance regulating subsidies to address situations of social need”. 2. A cohabitation unit, for the purposes provided for in this ordinance, is considered to be one formed by all the people who reside in the same home or accommodation and who are united with the applicant by marital relationship or similar duly accredited emotional relationship (de facto couples), by consanguinity or by affinity, up to the second degree, by guardianship, foster care or adoption. Likewise, other people will be included as members of the cohabitation unit who, whether or not they have a kinship link, have a continued history of cohabitation and/or economic and/or functional interdependence that is sufficiently accredited. 3. As a preference, payment of the aid will be made to the entity or professional providing the service or supply, with which the applicant has incurred or will incur the expense to meet the need for which the aid is intended. Exceptionally, and for justified reasons, the recipient of the financial aid may be the beneficiary himself or his legal representative. In accordance with the provisions of article 13.2 of the General Subsidy Law and given the nature of the subsidy, the beneficiaries will be exempt from the requirement indicated in section e) of the aforementioned article, relating to being up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. 2nd- Object: Attend/alleviate/resolve social emergency situations, prevent situations of social exclusion and promote the full social integration of population sectors lacking their own economic resources to meet their basic needs. 3º- Regulatory bases: - Ordinance regulating municipal financial aid to address situations of social need", published in the B.O.R.M. of June 6, 2025 - General subsidy ordinance, published in the B.O.R.M. of July 7, 2005. (urgent need aid) provided for in the expenditure budget for the year 2026, for a maximum total amount of €296,000.00 5th - Application submission deadline In accordance with the provisions of the “Ordinance regulating subsidies to address situations of social need”, applications for this type of aid can be made throughout the year, without the initial deadline being conditional on the publication of the extract of the call.
