Aid 2026/2027, from line I, to working people who are beneficiaries of the aid of Program I, provided for in Decree 168/2022 or in Decree 39/2024, for maintaining registration for 3 years, according to Decree 182/2025 that calls for them

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The purpose of this call is to establish the regulatory bases for subsidies to promote self-employment in the area of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and, in accordance with this general objective, Line I is called. “Promotion of self-employment (3+1)” which establishes aid for working people who have been beneficiaries of the aid of Program I, provided for in Decree 168/2022, of December 30, or in the Decree 39/2024, of April 30, for the maintenance of uninterrupted registration for three years in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) or in an alternative Mutual Insurance Company, with a registration date as of January 1, 2023. Second. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of Line I may be natural persons in a situation of uninterrupted registration for three years in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) or in an alternative Mutual Insurance Company, with a registration date as of January 1, 2023, who have been beneficiaries of the aid of Program I, provided for in Decree 168/2022, of December 30, or in the Decree 39/2024, of April 30. Third. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the provisions of Decree 182/2025, of December 16, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to promote self-employment, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call for Line I. Fourth. Financing and amount. The budget allocated to the call, which will be financed with funds from State Transfers (TE), amounts to the amount of 5,000,000.00 euros, charged to the expenditure project 20250489 “PE 2025. Self-employment”, of the current General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, of which 4,000,000.00 euros correspond to the year 2026, and the rest, that is, 1,000,000.00 euros correspond to the year 2027, budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/TE24007005/20250489. This spending project is co-financed by the State through resources from the Extremadura Employment Plan 2025. Beneficiaries who meet the requirements established in this decree to access Line I aid will be entitled to a subsidy of 2,500.00 euros. Additionally, when the beneficiary of Line I carries out their activity in a town with less than 300 inhabitants, according to the data corresponding to the review of the municipal register as of January 1 of the last available year prior to the validity of each call, published by the National Institute of Statistics, they will be entitled to an additional subsidy of 500.00 euros, so the total subsidy would be, in these cases, 3,000.00 euros. Fifth. Submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 5 months, counting from the day following the publication of this call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura https://doe.juntaex.es, as long as the requirements for each of the lines of subsidies have been met and they will be directed to the General Directorate of Employment. Otherwise, the 5-month period will begin to run from the day following the day on which the aforementioned requirements are met. Sixth. Other data. The subsidy applications will comply with the standardized model that appears in Annex I of Decree 182/2025, of December 16, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to promote self-employment, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call for Line I, which will be available at the general electronic access point within the file corresponding to the procedure.
