Beneficiaries. COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURE, FISHERIES, WATER AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT General Directorate of Agricultural and Livestock Production The communities of irrigators or other communities of water users linked to irrigation that are public law corporations, attached to the corresponding basin organization, may be beneficiaries of this aid, according to articles 81 and 82 of the Consolidated Text of the Water Law. Third. Object. These subsidies will aim to contribute to efficient management of water resources by financing investment projects to improve irrigation infrastructure. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the Order of September 1, 2025, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, for investments in irrigation infrastructure with environmental objectives, of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027 financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, within the framework of intervention 68431 related to Aid for investments in irrigation infrastructure with environmental objectives, operation 68431_01 Improvement of irrigation.
