Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Beneficiaries. Natural and legal persons may be beneficiaries of this aid, including communities of property and other groups without their own legal personality, who are registered in the Registry of Artisans and Craft Companies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and carry out their activity in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, in addition to meeting the requirements established in article 2 of the regulatory bases. Second. Object. Aid for generational change in the craft sector through the financing of employment contracts in order to plan the changeover processes in order to contribute to providing continuity to craft companies that would otherwise be doomed to closure, due to retirement, permanent disability, death of the owner or other unexpected cause. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 161/2024, of December 17, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the generational change in the artisan sector, and approves the first call corresponding to the 2024-2025 financial year. Room. Amount. The aid will consist of a direct subsidy in the amount of 30,000 euros, which will be paid in three annual installments: 12,000, 10,000 and 8,000 euros, respectively, for the first, second and third year of contracting. Fifth. Eligible fact. The eligible event will be the conclusion of an employment contract with an unemployed person over 16 years of age and under 30 years of age, with the conditions and characteristics set out in article 4 of the regulatory bases. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will begin on the day following the publication of the call and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura and will end on June 30, 2026, or, where appropriate, until the budget credit is exhausted. The application and necessary documentation will be submitted through the Associated Electronic Office through access through the General Electronic Access Point at the following electronic address: https://www.juntaex.es/w/0705124. Seventh. Financing The total amount of the call for aid, which will be multi-year, amounts to 300,000 euros, distributed as follows, for the 2026 annuity, €120,000, for the 2027 annuity, €100,000 and for the 2028 annuity, €80,000. The cost of the planned actions will be allocated to the budget items contained in Program 341A “Quality Trade and Crafts in Extremadura”, charged to budget application 14,003 341A 470.00 and expense project 20230033 called “AID FOR THE GENERATIONAL RELEASE OF THE ARTISAN SECTOR”, with code fund FS21455A07.
