In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). First. Single application for the year 2026. Purpose of the call. The Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Food has considered it appropriate to establish in a unitary manner the management of different aid through a single application that is the subject of a call through this Order, which contemplates aid dissociated from production, specifically, basic income aid for sustainability, complementary redistributive income aid for sustainability, complementary income aid for young farmers and schemes in favor of the climate and the environment (ecoregimes); aid associated with agriculture and livestock production; aid for environmental, climate and other commitments, and payments for specific disadvantages resulting from the application of the water framework directive and the Natura 2000 Network in the field of rural development of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027 (PEPAC) for the Autonomous Community of Aragon; aid to areas with natural limitations or other specific limitations (ZLN), submeasure “mountain areas”, submeasure “specific areas” and submeasure “non-mountain areas” and some of the aid to the afforestation of agricultural lands; all based on Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 2 December 2021, which establishes rules in relation to support for the strategic plans to be drawn up by Member States within the framework of the common agricultural policy (CAP strategic plans), financed from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and by which repeal Regulations (EU) No 1305/2013 and (EU) No 1307/2013. The single application also includes the declaration of the productive assets of fruits and vegetables. It also includes the declaration of membership in ATRIA (Group for integrated treatments in agriculture), the application for registration in the Registry of Farmers and Ranchers of Aragon. It also includes the communication of local sales of agri-food products in accordance with Order AGM/892/2020, of September 9, which structures and regulates the database of local sales of agri-food products in Aragon. Third. Conditions for submitting applications. The submission of the single application and its modifications will be mandatory for all applicants electronically, through the “Capture System (SGA-CAP)” application, located at the electronic headquarters of the Government of Aragon (www.aragon.es/pac), with the application being freely accessible. Within the provisions contemplated by Law 30/2022, of December 23, in its article 4, which deals with the relations of the beneficiaries of PAC aid with the Administrations, and Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, in its article 108, which details the place and deadline for submitting the single application, the obligation is generally imposed on all persons requesting aid interact by electronic means with the Administration
