Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. The purpose of the call is Program II “Aid for improving the energy efficiency of water infrastructures” to the irrigation communities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, in accordance with article 74 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/2115, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 2, 2021, and Intervention 6843.1 “Aid for investments in water infrastructures”. irrigation with environmental objectives” of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027. Second. Beneficiaries. Communities of irrigators or other communities of water users linked to irrigation that are public law corporations attached to the Basin Organization located in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura that, in addition, jointly make an investment, improving the competitiveness of agricultural holdings and promoting the application of new technologies and innovation, that own or manage existing irrigation infrastructures, have the corresponding right of ownership, may be beneficiaries of this aid. water, and whose statutes or ordinances have been administratively approved by the Basin Organization. Third. Regulatory bases. The call will be governed by the provisions of Decree 129/2025, of September 9, which establishes the regulatory bases of the irrigation aid regime for the irrigation communities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call of Program I for the period 2025-2027 (DOE no. 194, of October 8, 2025). Room. Financing and amount. The financing of the aid provided for in this call will be carried out under the budget application 230040000 G/353A/70000 FR23744301 in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community, in the expenditure project 20250428. The total amount of the aid call will be THREE MILLION euros (€3,000,000.00), according to the following annuities and amounts: ¿ Annuity 2025: €0.00. Annuity 2026: €1,000,000.00. Annuity 2027: €2,000,000.00. The expenditure corresponding to this aid is co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) in 75%, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (3.72%) and by the Government of Extremadura (21.28%), in accordance with the economic resources assigned to Intervention 6843.1 “Aid for investments in irrigation infrastructure with environmental objectives” of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027. The amount of the eligible investment cost will be a maximum of €600,000 per beneficiary entity and call for aid. The amount of the minimum eligible cost will be €100,000. The amount of the aid expressed as a percentage of the amount of the cost of the eligible investment and the cases in which said percentage may be increased are those established in article 10.2 of Decree 129/2025, of September 9, in conjunction with the provisions of article 40.3 of the aforementioned Decree. In no case may the amount of aid exceed 100% of the amount of the cost of the eligible investment, nor exceed 540,000 euros per call and beneficiary entity. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be two months, calculated from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura http://doe.juntaex.es / and the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and will be addressed to the General Directorate of Rural Infrastructure of the Department of Forest Management and Rural World of the Board of Extremadura.
