Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Individuals who own land with pine trees or stands of pine trees in the municipality of Marratxí may apply for a subsidy. Only one application per address or cadastral reference will be accepted. In the event of registration of more than one application per address or cadastral reference, only the first of them will be taken into account. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to promote, through the granting of these subsidies, the carrying out of treatments against the processionary plague of pine trees located on private land, the responsibility of their owners, in accordance with Law 43/2002, of November 20, on Plant Health. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Marratxí City Council. Room. Amount. The total amount allocated to this call is €2,000 from budget item 170.00.48900. Distribution criteria: the subsidy will be awarded based on the score obtained by each concurrent person in the event that the amounts requested exceed the previous amount. Fifth. Application submission deadline. It will be TEN WORKING DAYS counting from the day following the publication of these bases on the municipal website.
