First. Object and scope of application 1. The purpose of the order is to establish the regulatory bases and conditions by which, within the Autonomous Community of Galicia, the public calls for subsidy of the training actions of the Employment Training Plan aimed at employed workers will be governed (procedure code TR302A). 2. The regulatory bases will be temporarily valid for the period 2026-2029. Likewise, with the publication of this order, the first call for applications is made for the 2026-2027 financial year. Second. Purpose 1. The subsidies granted under the provisions of this order will have the purpose of financing training programs aimed at the professional qualification of employed workers, and will be aimed at the acquisition and improvement of professional skills related to the productivity and competitiveness requirements of companies that have their work centers in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, the needs of adaptation to the changes that have occurred in the workplace and the aspirations for professional promotion and personal development of the workers, in a way that qualifies them for the qualified development of the profession and allows them to improve their employability. 2. The granting of subsidies will be carried out on a non-competitive basis, through direct concession, in the terms established in article 26 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, respecting the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, and in accordance with the provisions of Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28, by which the Royal Decree is developed. 694/2017, of July 3. Third. Beneficiaries 1. Training entities that are owners of training centers registered in the Registry of Training Centers and Entities of the Autonomous Community of Galicia or, if the training is provided in the teletraining modality, in the State Registry of Training Entities, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, to provide, in the workplace of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, vocational training at work in those training specialties for which they request a subsidy. For these purposes, self-employed persons who own duly registered training centers are also considered training entities. 2. Public administrations, public companies, public companies or entities linked to or dependent on any of them may not be beneficiaries of this aid. 3. The entities must have, within the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, duly registered facilities that allow the delivery of in-person activities of the requested training actions. Room. Eligible training actions 1. Those current specialties from the Catalog of training specialties of the State Public Employment Service that are determined in each call will be eligible. 2. The calls published under this order of regulatory bases may establish, for each entity and/or training census, limits relating to the maximum number of editions that can be requested and/or taught of a specific training specialty, as well as the maximum number of groups per training action and participants per training action and/or group. Likewise, exceptions to these limits may be established. 3. If so provided in the corresponding call, training itineraries may be authorized in which a single training action includes more than one training specialty. Fifth. Financing of the first call 1.
