Beneficiary entities The intersectoral business associations within the Autonomous Community of Galicia constituted under Law 19/1977, of August 2, on the regulation of the right of union association. The intersectoral union organizations, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, constituted under Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on union freedom. Second. Object This order aims to establish the regulatory bases and call for the year 2026 for the granting of subsidies, by the Department of Employment, Commerce and Emigration, through the competitive competition regime, in order to subsidize the creation and/or operation of technical offices in matters of labor equality and opportunities and against the wage gap (procedure code TR807J). Third. Regulatory bases Order of December 29, 2025 in which the regulatory bases of the funds destined for the creation and/or operation of technical offices in matters of labor equality and opportunities and against the salary increase are established, and a call for proposals is made in the Autonomous Community of Galicia in the fiscal year of 2026, processed in advance of expenditure (procedure code TR807J). Room. Amount There is a budget of 400,000 euros charged to the budget application 14.02.324A.480.6, project code 2019 00016, which will be distributed as follows: 50% for business associations and the remaining 50% for intersector union organizations. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counted from the day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
