Extract from the CALL THAT WILL REGULATE THE PROCESS OF GRANTING GRANTS TO BENEFICIARIES OF INTEGRATED ITINERARIES FOR THE SOCIO-LABOR INSERTION OF PEOPLE IN SITUATION OR RISK OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiary: Only participants in the integrated itineraries for social inclusion who meet the following requirements may benefit from this aid and, therefore, be subject to a subsidy: 1. They are holders or beneficiaries of the Valencian Inclusion Income or are at risk of social exclusion accredited by the Department of Social Services and are registered in the FSE Indicators Repository Application (ARI 2021-2027) In accordance with the provisions of the instruction 2/2018 relating to the procedure and processing of Individual Economic Benefits for Social Emergency and for the Improvement of Autonomy for the Elderly and article 13 of Law 19/2017, of December 20, on Valencian inclusion income, the participants of the integrated itineraries for the social inclusion of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion do not need to be up to date with their tax obligations. 2. They are over 18 years of age or are legally emancipated or, failing that, have legally initiated the emancipation process. However, minors who have children in their care, those who come from child protection institutions, as well as minors who are orphans of a father and mother may exceptionally request it. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of scholarships to the participants of the integrated itineraries for the social inclusion of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion that are developed in the municipality of La Vall d'Uixó, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 25.2 e) of the LRBRL. These direct granting aids have a final, subsidiary and, where appropriate, complementary nature to all types of resources and social benefits of economic content provided for in current legislation that could correspond to the holder or any of the members of his or her family or cohabitation unit, provided that the latter do not cover the entire need for which the aid is requested. Those actions provided for in the call that have been carried out between January 1 and December 31, 2026 will be subsidized. Third.
