Official description of the call
BDNS(Identif.): 882882 By Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, on the application from 2023 of interventions in the form of direct payments and the establishment of common requirements within the framework of the strategic plan of the Common Agricultural Policy and the regulation of the single application in the management and control system, the Autonomous Communities were enabled in its article 108 to expand annually and always prior reasoned communication to the Spanish Agrarian Guarantee Fund, O.A., the deadline for submitting a single application in its territorial scope of action. To establish these deadlines, the autonomous communities will have to take into account the period necessary to obtain all the relevant data for correct administrative and financial management of the aid, guaranteeing effective and accurate programming of the controls to be carried out. In accordance with the provisions of said regulations, Decree 3/2025, of January 21, was published in the DOE on January 24, 205, which regulates the specialties of the single application for aid in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the procedures derived from the basic income aid for sustainability, other direct payments to agriculture, the application of the Rural Development Program, the updating of the Exploitation Records. Agricultural Companies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, of Integrated Producer Operators, General of national agricultural production and of Owner Operators of Agricultural Farms of Organic Production (DOE No. 16, of January 24, 2025,) which in its article 5.6 establishes that the deadline for the presentation of the single application will begin on February 1 and end on April 30 of each year. The third paragraph of this article provides that the General Directorate responsible for the Common Agrarian Policy, by means of a Resolution, which will be published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, may extend, annually and with prior reasoned communication to the Spanish Agrarian Guarantee Fund, the deadline for submitting a single application. In any case, it is established that the deadline for submitting applications may not end after May 15 of the current year. On January 27, 2026, the Resolution of January 21, 2026, of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Sustainable Development and of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Forest Management and Rural World, was published in the DOE, calling for, for the 2026/2027 campaign, basic income aid for sustainability, complementary redistributive income aid for sustainability; annuity of certain interventions included in the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, as well as the extracts of the corresponding aid, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. By Resolution of the General Director of Community Agrarian Policy, dated April 8, 2026, the deadline for submitting applications is extended until May 15 inclusive in order to guarantee correct presentation and management of aid since in the current campaign there are circumstances that recommend extending the indicated deadline for submitting the single application in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, due to the abundant rains that have occurred since the end of 2025 and the beginning of this year, The irrigated areas are not in an acceptable state for tillage and planting, which has caused the rate of submission of applications by collaborating entities to not be as desired. Due to the above, the extract of the PAC aid for the 2026/2027 campaign, BASIC INCOME AID FOR SUSTAINABILITY, is being modified and is worded in the following terms: Seventh. Application submission period: From February 1 to May 15, 2026.
