BDNS (Identif:): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiary entities Beneficiary entities of the subsidies may be fishermen's guilds, economic interest groups in the fishing sector, producer organizations, cooperatives, professional associations of fishermen and shellfish gatherers and professional associations of netters that make the investments and expenses that are considered eligible for subsidies. The entities will be non-profit and must have a territorial scope that includes the Autonomous Community of Galicia and its headquarters there. Second. Purpose The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases and the call for the year 2026 for the granting, under a competitive competition regime, of aid for collective projects that modernize the infrastructure of fishing ports, markets or establishments authorized for the first sale of fishing products and landing places, for the improvement of energy efficiency, environmental protection, safety and working conditions, quality and increased control and traceability of products landed from fishing and the safety of infrastructure against meteorological events caused by climate change, co-financed by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (FEMPA) and processed as an advance expenditure file. Third. Regulatory bases Order of January 3, 2026 establishing the regulatory bases and the call for applications for the year 2026, for the granting, on a competitive basis, of aid for collective projects for the modernization and improvement of the equipment and infrastructure of fishing ports, landing places, fish markets and anchorages, co-financed by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Fishing Fund. Aquaculture (Fempa) and processed as an advance expenditure file (procedure code PE209G). Room. Amount The budgetary credit for aid applications processed during the year 2025 and the associated multiannual period reaches the amount of ten million euros (10,000,000.00 euros), charged to budget application 16.03.514A.781.0, project code 2023 178, distributed over the following annuities: Year 2026 Year 2027 Total €7,500,000.00 €2,500,000.00 €10,000,000.00 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this order. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the term is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day, and if in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the term ends on the last day of the month.
