Gender Impact: Null Purpose: Education First.- Purpose Call for aid for the granting of dining scholarships at the “La Creu” Nursery School in Pobla de Farnals, for the 2023/2024 school year, according to the Bases approved by the Plenary Session in session dated April 12, 2017, and the decree for material rectification of errors No. 579.2018 of June 8, 2018 that can be consulted on the City Council website, URL: URL: https://lapobladefarnals.sedelectronica.es/transparency/2c0df9e9-c296-4cdf-911f-00c75c18ac78/ Second.- Ordinary concession procedure under competitive competition Third.- Authorization of expenditure Maximum amount of 13,000.00 euros charged to budget application 3260.48103 of the General Budget of the City Council of La Pobla de Farnals for the current year. In application of article 58.2 of the RGLS, an additional amount may be used without the need for a new call, for a maximum amount equivalent to the credit available in the legal connection of expenditure area 3 of Chapter 4 due to there being surpluses in the calls for other aid as it has been resolved for an amount lower than the expense initially planned for them or because the credit of the legal connection has been increased. The effectiveness of such additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the corresponding credit. Fourth.- Minor Beneficiaries registered in the municipality of La Pobla de Farnals between 0 and 3 years old, and enrolled in the La Creu Infant School, in La Pobla de Farnals, whose family income during the year 2025 does not exceed the thresholds set out in section 6 of the Rules. Fifth.- Requirements According to section 6 of the Bases. Sixth.- Amount The eligible concept will correspond to the cost of the school cafeteria during the months from September 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The amount subsidized to each recipient will mean a 100% bonus for the cafeteria service in accordance with the prices paid for this concept to the municipal concessionaire. The amount of aid will be awarded to applicants following the order of classification from highest to lowest score until the budget item is exhausted. Seventh.- Applicable scale According to section 8 of the Bases. Eighth.- Applications They will be submitted in the standardized model provided by the La Pobla de Farnals City Council along with the documentation required in section 7 of the Rules. Ninth.- Submission period From June 15, 2026 to June 30, 2026, both inclusive. The publication of the Resolution approving the Call indicating this deadline will be published in the BOP through the BDNS. Tenth.- Form of presentation By any of the means contemplated in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Eleventh.- Competent body The concession proposal will be submitted by the investigating body to the Local Government Board to proceed to its resolution. Twelfth.- Resolution period Maximum period of 6 months. Thirteenth.- End of the administrative route The resolution will put an end to the administrative route
