Official description of the call
On October 8, 2025, by Mayor's Decree, the call for the granting of subsidies for the year 2025 was approved to finance the repair or maintenance of private roads in the municipality, all in accordance with the bases approved by the Plenary Session dated July 23, 2024 and public information in the BOP of Girona no. 149 of August 2, 2024 and published in full on the municipal website. The subsidies granted under these bases will have to be used to finance projects/activities developed during the following period: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Unresolved applications submitted to the 2025 call will be incorporated ex officio into the year's call. 2026. Requirements of the beneficiaries They will be the natural persons who meet the requirements detailed below: - being an owner, tenant or having legally recognized use of the road for the repair or maintenance of which the subsidy is requested. - be up to date with tax obligations with the Mieres City Council or be exempt. It will also be necessary for applicants to be up to date with the payment of their tax obligations with other public administrations and not to be in any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003 and its implementing regulations. The concurrence of these requirements will be accredited at the time of submitting the application, by submitting the documents indicated below. Documentation to be provided The subsidy application, which will be made using the corresponding standardized model, will be accompanied by a responsible declaration signed by the applicant regarding compliance with the aforementioned requirements and the following documentation: - Explanatory report of the action - Detailed budget by items, indicating the m2 and unit prices of each item - Delimited sketch of the section of road on which action is being taken - Photographs of the current state of the road The standard application model can be found in the General Registry of the City Council of Mieres located on Curreró Street, 5 or through the website www.mieres.cat. Deadline, form and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the publication of the call and will end on March 31, 2026. Applications will have to be submitted in writing by completing the standardized form, which will be signed by the applicant. Award procedure The procedure for awarding subsidies will be competitive. Agreement that is made public for general knowledge.
