Object and objective. The Provincial Council of Huelva, in its commitment to the economic revitalization of the territory, comes on this occasion to offer, on the one hand, to entrepreneurs and professionals of bread makers and bread makers; pastry and confectionery products; compound spirits; wine and spirits; preserved vegetables and jams; honey and its derivatives; production of coffee and tea, participation in the “VIII Sample of Lenten Flavors of the Province of Huelva 2026” which will be held from March 19 to 22, 2026, both inclusive in the arcades of the Huelva Provincial Council, located on Avda. Martín Alonso Pinzón in the capital. The objective of this Exhibition is to publicize the typical artisan products of the province to promote their consumption in order to boost local commerce and raise awareness among the population of the importance of activating local consumption. 2. Legal regime. General subsidy ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huelva. (Official Gazette of the Province of Huelva No. 136 of July 18, 2016). (See more in section 2 of the call). 3. Beneficiaries.1. Individuals, groups thereof (C.B. / S.C. ...) and/or legal entities from the province of Huelva who are registered with the AEAT at the time of publication of this call, as manufacturers and/or producers of the following agri-food sectors may attend this call: bakeries and bread makers; pastry and confectionery products; compound spirits; wine and spirits; preserved vegetables and jams; honey and its derivatives; production of coffee and tea, prepared and manufactured in the province of Huelva and when its registered office is in the province of Huelva. 2. The maximum number of participating natural/legal persons and beneficiary entities will be 20 companies. 3. If the maximum number of beneficiaries indicated in point 3..2 of the call is not covered, natural persons, groups thereof (C.B. / S.C. ...) and/or legal entities from the province of Huelva that are registered with the AEAT at the time of publication of this call, as marketers, exclusively of the agri-food sectors indicated above, prepared and manufactured in the province of Huelva and when its registered office is in the province of Huelva. (See more in section 3 of the call). 4. Content of participation. 1. Participation will consist of: a) The selected participants will have a common space for all of them, where they will display their product for sale at an individual counter. The products for sale will be exclusively those made and manufactured in the province of Huelva in its own workshop and warehouse. The sale of any other product is prohibited. b) The planned schedule of the Exhibition will be, foreseeably, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. uninterruptedly on Thursday, the 19th and Friday, the 20th. From 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. uninterruptedly on Saturday, the 21st. At the event time, they commit to having a duly qualified person in their charge, who will attend the stand and sell the products demanded by the general public. Said person will not have any employment or contractual relationship with the Excma. Provincial Council of Huelva. 2. The Provincial Council will assume the following costs corresponding to participation in the “VIII Sample of Lenten Flavors of the Province of Huelva 2026”: • The general costs of participation in the “VIII Sample of Lent Flavors of the Province of Huelva 2026”. • Assembly and disassembly of the stand, design and labeling costs, electrical installation, security and cleaning of the stands. The stand furniture will also be included in each exclusive space of each company.
