In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx). First. Purpose and scope of application 1. The purpose of this Order is to convene and regulate the procedure for requesting and granting aid, on a competitive basis, to private subsidized educational centers in the Autonomous Community of Galicia to participate in the active linguistic immersion program in the English language, Spring Week, during the 2025/26 academic year (procedure code ED531F). 2. The procedure for granting these aids will be processed on a competitive basis. Second. Recipients Private educational centers that have a current educational agreement with the Department of Education, Science, Universities and Vocational Training, in which 6th grade of primary education and/or 1st and 2nd grade of compulsory secondary education are taught during the 2025/26 academic year, whose ownership, natural or legal persons, meet the requirements established in article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, of subsidies from Galicia (DOG no. 121, of June 25). Each center may participate with a maximum of 25 students of the same educational level. Private subsidized centers in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 10. 2nd and 3rd of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies, may not have the status of beneficiaries of the aid provided for in this order. Third. Regulatory bases Order of January 13, 2026 regulating the aid regime for private, subsidized educational centers in the Autonomous Community of Galicia to participate in the active linguistic immersion program in the English language, Spring Week, aimed at students in the sixth year of primary education and compulsory secondary education during the 2025/26 academic year (procedure code ED531F) Fourth. Financing and amount of aid 1. The amount of aid referred to in this order will be paid directly to the company that is awarded the public tender called for this purpose and will be financed from budget item 07.03.423A.780.3 for a maximum amount of €166,000.00 from the 2025 budget. Number of places: 400. Maximum number of places per center: 25. Maximum price of each place: €400. Centers Shift Dates in 2026 Courses Students Private subsidized centers 1st shift From May 24 to 30 1st and 2nd of ESO 125 2nd shift From May 31 to June 6 1st of ESO 125 3rd shift From 7 to 13 June 6th primary education 150 TOTAL 400 2. The total cost of each activity includes: a) The monitors who will accompany the students in each of the groups during the activity. b) Teaching expenses and school supplies. c) Cultural, sports and complementary activities of the courses. d) Maintenance and accommodation expenses for students and accompanying teachers. e) Certificate of completion of the activity. f) Accident and civil liability insurance. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the term is a non-business day, it will be understood to be extended to the first following business day, and if in the month of expiration there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the term ends on the last day of the month.
