EXTRACT of the Order by which the regulatory bases are established and the advance aid spending procedure is convened, under a competitive competition regime, for private non-profit entities in order to carry out social incorporation programs in housing for patients stabilized in the care units with specialization in drug addictions of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, for the year 2026 (procedure code SA462B). BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx): First. Beneficiary entities 1. To be a beneficiary of the aid published in this order, the following requirements must be met: a) Be a non-profit entity registered in the Registry of Collaborating Entities of the Galicia Plan on drugs created by Decree 74/2002, of February 28. b) Be the owner or person responsible for housing that supports the social incorporation of patients stabilized in drug addiction care units. This resource must be open every day of the year, without exception. c) Accredit the development of social incorporation programs aimed at the group of drug addicts during the year prior to the annual date of this call, for which the activity report for said year will be provided. Said report must comply with what is indicated in article 8 point c) of Decree 254/2011, of December 23, which regulates the registration, authorization, accreditation and inspection regime of social services in Galicia. d) Comply with the provisions of the Order of January 25, 2008, of the Vice Presidency of Equality and Welfare, which regulates the specific requirements that social inclusion and emergency centers must comply with. the reception and inclusion centers that develop social support programs for therapeutic processes and be registered in the Single Registry of Entities Providing Social Services (RUEPSS), regulated in Law 13/2008, of December 3, on social services of Galicia. e) Be authorized, one year prior to this call, by the corresponding service of the Department of Social Policy and Equality, according to Decree 254/2011, of December 23, as a reception center-social support for therapeutic processes. f) Have a central headquarters or permanent delegation in the Autonomous Community of Galicia or, if applicable, have a registered office there and commit to developing the subsidized activities in homes close to the population where there is a drug addiction care unit. 2. Beneficiary entities must comply with the obligations required of them in accordance with article 11 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies. 3. All requirements must be accredited on the date on which the application submission period ends and must be maintained throughout the execution period of the subsidized program. Second. Object The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory bases and call for aid, on a competitive basis, for private non-profit entities, in order to carry out social incorporation programs developed in homes during the year 2026, according to the Order of January 25, 2008, which regulates the specific requirements that social inclusion and emergency centers must meet for people affected by different types of addictions, who are participating in a therapeutic rehabilitation program in the drug addiction care units included in the Health Care Circuit for Addictive Disorders in Galicia.
