Beneficiary entities 1. Non-profit entities that meet the obligations and requirements demanded in this order and that, in particular, must meet the following requirements may be recipients of the subsidies for the development of the actions regulated in this call: a) Be registered in the equality area of the Single Registry of Entities Providing Social Services, regulated by Decree 254/2011, of December 23, by the which regulates the registration, authorization, accreditation and inspection regime of social services in Galicia. b) Lack of profit motive. c) Have its registered office in Galicia or delegation in the Autonomous Community of Galicia. d) Not be in any of the situations established in article 10 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Galician subsidies. The accreditation of not being involved in these circumstances will be made through a responsible declaration from the person representing the entity. e) Comply with the requirements and conditions established in the general subsidy regulations. 2. All the required requirements must be met on the date on which the application submission period ends and maintained throughout the execution period of the subsidized programs. Second. Object 1. The purpose of the order is to approve the regulatory bases and call, by 2026, subsidies to non-profit entities for programs to design and implement personalized itineraries and specific actions that promote socio-labor insertion aimed at women in situations of gender violence in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, within the framework of the State Pact against gender violence, with the purpose of supporting them in their integration or reintegration into the labor market, as a key element for recovery. integral. 2. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be processed on a competitive basis, in accordance with the provisions of article 19.1 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies of Galicia. 3. Its management will be carried out in accordance with the principles of publicity, concurrence, objectivity, equality, non-discrimination, effectiveness in meeting the objectives set by the Administration of the Xunta de Galicia and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources. 4. The code of this administrative procedure is SI451A. Third. Regulatory bases Order of January 12, 2026, which establishes the bases that will govern the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities for programs for the design and implementation of personalized itineraries and specific actions that favor the socio-labor insertion of women in situations of gender violence in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, and calls for applications for the year 2026, within the framework of the State Pact against gender violence (code of procedure SI451A). Room. Amount 1. 700,000.00 euros will be allocated to finance the aid provided for in this call, attributable to budget application 08.06.313D.481.2 (project code 2018 00112). This budget item is financed with final State funds, which the general State budgets allocate to the development or expansion of the measures included in the State Pact against gender violence. 2. The maximum amount of aid that can be granted to each entity under this call is 80,000 euros. 3.
