CALL FOR THE REALIZATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE “DYNAMIZATION OF CHILDREN'S AND YOUTH'S EDUCATIONAL FREE TIME (SSCB0209) Edition 2” OF THE “LABORIS-HELMÁNTICA” PROJECT, EUROPEAN PLUS FUND 2021-2027 (EFESO FSE+)

Official description of the call

FIRST. PURPOSE OF THE CALL. The object of this Call is the granting of a place, and if applicable a Scholarship, on a competitive basis and in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, equality and non-discrimination for the CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONALISM “DYNAMIZATION OF FREE EDUCATIONAL TIME FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH (SSCB0209) Edition 2” classified according to the modality and the areas described in the first point of the Regulatory Bases for participation in the Training Activities of the “LABORIS-HELMÁNTICA” Project, provided for in the Employment, Education, Training and Social Economy Program, European Fund Plus 2021-2027 (EFESO FSE+). SECOND. BENEFICIARIES. The requirements to participate and be beneficiaries of the financial aid provided for in these bases will be those natural persons with full capacity to act who meet the following requirements: Be Spanish or a national of a foreign member state of the European Union or a foreign person with residence and work authorization Have registration in Salamanca capital, except people from the CIS (Social Insertion Center) of Salamanca, with roots in the city, through a report from the aforementioned center Be registered as a person unemployed and not employed, in any of the two Employment Offices of the Provincial Management of the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León in the capital of Salamanca. Not be subject to any of the prohibitions referred to in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. It is essential to meet the aforementioned requirements throughout the entire period of participation in the Training Action. Likewise, you must belong to one of the following groups: Long-term unemployed people. People over 45 years of age, particularly women. People with disabilities equal to or greater than 33% Third country nationals. Participants of foreign origin. Minority participants. Other people in a vulnerable socioeconomic situation, including those who are in a situation or risk of poverty, social exclusion or discrimination in its many facets, accredited by a report from Social Services. People who come from the following neighborhoods will be preferred: Trastormesina Zone: Buenos Aires, Tejares, Chamberí, Los Alambres, El Arrabal, Teso de la Feria, San José and La Vegas. Northwest Zone: Los Pizarrales, El Carmen and Barrio Blanco Northern Zone: Garrido Norte TERCERO. REGULATORY BASES. NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND AMOUNT The scholarships to be awarded, for an estimated amount of 15,333.00 euros, are attributed to budget application 24139-48002 corresponding to the municipal budget for the year 2026, and with RC no. CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (SSCB0209) Edition 2”, integrated into the corresponding Individualized Integration Itinerary, as assistance to offset expenses for training, transportation and reconciliation with the care of family members and for an amount of €13.45 per person and day of assistance, as long as their income does not exceed 75% of the IPREM for the current year. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS Interested persons must submit an application whose model appears in this call addressed to the Mayor-President of the Salamanca City Council, within a period of 20 calendar days counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of the announcement of the call.
